My lose weight story

How depressing it was when you go to a
clothes shops in the mall.. 3 hours later and i haven't still
purchased anything because I was fat.

its always my script with repeats...
"Im fat"
and i believed that i'll be fat forever

im a nurse and i know
obesity / overweight
is one cause of so many illnesses
I DONT WANNA DIE YOUNG..

but it the thought of it does not drive me
for a change..

One day, I was walking across this beautiful shop
and i saw a manequin..and said
I wish that would fit me..

going home, frustrated
I go on to see myself in the mirror how fat i become
"I was never like this" I said to myself
I did have a pity on myself..seeing others walk with confidence
is what i also wished for to have...

after that day, I stopped asking WHY
I searched for asking HOW..

5 months ago

I joined a weight loss challenge

I didn't won

but I won deep inside myself

that black shirt was the one I saw from that store

I bought it..

and now I'm wearing it :D

what's the answer to my HOW?

I bought for  my family too...

and for a new found business

a business with a purpose to help others who also

want to lose weight..

my life has never been the same 5 months ago..

do i also diet and exercise?

no, i almost eat everything i want
